Question Bankers started in M1 of MED 223.
Before it existed, practice was a scavenger hunt. Past papers lived wherever someone had last dropped them — a group chat, a friend’s drive, a photo of a photo. Half were incomplete. None were sorted. So you’d open a textbook and start writing your own questions instead, and by the time you had ten the evening was gone and you hadn’t answered any of them.
The team took that whole problem apart. They found the past questions, threw out what was broken, and put the rest in order — lecture by lecture, all year. Where a topic had nothing worth solving, they wrote it themselves, close enough in style and difficulty that practising on it means something.
Then they made a rule that costs them time and saves everyone else’s: no question reaches the file on one person’s word. It gets read by more than one member first, argued over, and fixed.
What arrives is a file with an answer key, and an evening you get to spend answering.
